All of us that are trying to earn some income online need sources for leads. It doesn’t matter whether you have been doing this for a while or are brand new at it.You need a source for new people to contact.
I signed up for a program a few months ago called Triple Your List.
I ignored it for a while, however recently I took a better look at it and was surprised to find that they indeed had provided me with some double opt in leads that have agreed to hear from me. 
I immediately put them to use.
My Recommendation:
1. Use an autoresponder.
I know everyone talks about Awber or GetResponse as though it is the “Cat’s Meow” but you cannot even use it with these leads - unless you jump through several hoops. I use RapidResponsebot, they allow you to import 2000+ leads per day without confirmation.
The leads at TYL are double opt-in so you should not need to confirm.
2. Do NOT put any links in your first email.
Just introduce yourself and let the person know how they came upon your list. Let them know about other ways you use to generate free leads. Ask them how they are doing with their marketing efforts.
3. Send them info regarding free list building techniques.
Find articles or create your own. Then sign-off your article and add a P.S. like…
P.S. This technique works great and it has really helped me build [my primary business]. If you are not familiar with [my primary business] you can check it out by visiting [my primary business link]
Every fourth or fifth message you send can be about your primary business. Don’t pound people over the head and you will be much better of in the long run.
4. Include a header and footer in your emails.
Header Example: (add to the first dozen or so messages)
This message is never sent without your consent Disclaimer and Removal Instructions Are At The End Of This Message.
Footer Example: (add to all messages)
You are receiving this message because we are both members of the same list building service. TripleYourList, YourLuckyList or another Highly Rated ListBuilder. As a member of these List Builders you agree to receive info
and offers from others in exchange for generating free leads.
If you no longer wish to participate in this sort of program you should consider canceling your membership in the ListBuilder Program you joined.

For the newbies out there…
the header goes at the beginning of the email and the footer goes at the end. i.e. your message goes in between.
I know it may seem a bit wordy. But, if someone does try to throw a complaint at you, they will not have much of a leg to stand on.
MAKE SURE YOU SAVE ALL RECORDS OF THE LEADS YOU RECEIVE.
Most autoresponders allow you to create as many responders as you like (if you are a paid member). Create a seperate one that you use only for leads you generate through your ListBuilders.
